MEDICAL CARE
SisterCare provides early medical
intervention on-site and referrals to HIV-
sensitive medical specialists in your area. You can access clinical trials through SisterCare and our specialists.
CASE MANAGEMENT
A medical case manager especially dedicated to you will assess your needs and provide you with the necessary care. The case manager will help you obtain and maintain primary medical services specialized care, public benefits, work with you and your children's needs, and other referrals in and around your community.

SisterCare provides comprehensive services designed especially to meet your needs as an HIV-positive woman.
All care is confidential and free. No insurance is required to benefit from SisterCare services.

PSYCHOSOCIAL SERVICES
A social worker and psychologist will
help you address your emotional and
social needs. The social worker and
psychologist will provide individual
and group counseling.
Support Groups: A variety of
groups especially geared to
women are held at SisterCare. We
have groups to address your needs as
an HIV positive woman, groups for
your children and teens, and groups
for couples/partners.Confidential Therapy: Professional and
confidential therapy sessions around is-
sues such as how and when to tell your
family and children about your diagnosis.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
Participation in social functions is needed to promote a healhty life. SisterCare coordiantes special events such as open houses, social hours, holiday parties and social gatherings for you and your family.We are here to help you achieve social health through fun and working with others.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
EDUCATION
A vareity of health promotion programs and activities are provided to help you maintain and improve your health. We provide stress reduction workshops, nutrition programs and more.
Risk Reduction: Workshops are provided on how to initiate safer sex practices, clean needle practices, and other effective family safety mesaures.
